Delivery is via the online shop:
Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland. The goods will be sent by Economy PostPac the delivery time may vary depending on product availability be up to 3 weeks. Delivery outside of Switzerland is not possible.
Prices:
The stated prices are inclusive of VAT (8.0%). Payment is via credit card only.
Data protection:
Your personal information such as name, address will only be used by us to process your order and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Liability:
Honegger AG assumes no liability for undeliverability or a delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, or events which are attributable to force majeure; or due to mishandling by the postal service/courier.

Delivery within Switzerland:
By Post Economy. Monday to Friday. Orders received by 08.00 hrs will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the following day (working day). The delivery charges are based on the official postal rates and are already included in the item price. Unfortunately, a right of return cannot be granted.
Delivery abroad:
Unfortunately this is not possible.

Application security
The consumer does not enter his or her credit card number and the card expiry date in the merchant's ecommerce application, but in the SaferPay payment window. Since the e-commerce application and SaferPay are operated on physically discrete platforms, there is no risk that the credit card number and expiry date can be stored in the database of the e-commerce application. This serves to reduce significantly the risk of credit card misuse.
